Please note that the transfer of your registration fee must be in US$. It is normal that your bank will charge you a telegraphic transfer fee.

The message you should include with the transfer is: Registration (Your name). This message will appear on the bank statement and will facilitate the validation of your registration.

Registration fee includes land arrangements as per the Program including 5 nights accommodation but does not include airfare or airport transfers on an individual basis.

WITIA CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be advised in writing and acknowledged by the Conference committee. For cancellations received prior to 08 August, 2009, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the payment received. There is no reimbursement after 08 August, 2009. There will be no refund or adjustment to unused portions of the program.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is highly recommended that all participants protect their journey through the purchase of travel insurance.
