The program, accommodations and arrangements are subject to change without notice at the discretion of WITIA.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be advised in writing and acknowledged by the Conference committee. For cancellations received prior to August 15, 2008, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the payment received. There is no reimbursement for cancellations received after August 15, 2008. There shall be no refund or adjustment for unused parts of the itinerary.
