TITANIC EXHIBITION
New Titanic Exhibition in Belfast!
Belfast is to host an £11m Titanic-themed visitor attraction, to open for the centenary of the 1912 sinking of the famous vessel.
Belfast was where the Titanic was built. The exhibition plans to take visitors on "a journey" beginning in a gallery exploring Belfast. Visitors will then be taken up through the building, passing a huge propeller to a six-minute audio-visual ride showcasing the creation of the vessel.
A "flying theatre" will finish the visitor experience, featuring cutting-edge moving seats suspending visitors over a cinema screen. The attraction, currently called the Titanic/Maritime Heritage Signature Project exhibition is to be set within a £97m Eric Kuhne & Associates-designed landmark in Belfast's docklands.

A divine musical comedy Sister Act will raise the roof at the London Palladium from May 2009. Based on the smash-hit movie, Sister Act features a brand new score by 8 time Oscar winner Alan Menken whose credits include Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid and most recently the hit movie Enchanted.

Pricilla, Queen of the Desert!
Jason Donovan is to star in a stage version of Pricilla, Queen Of The desert. Adapted from the 1994 Oscar-winning film, the camp musical will open in London in March 2009.
The show has already been seen by more than a million people in Australia and is the most successful Australian musical of all time. The London production will succeed Spamalot at the Palace Theatre.
BEN HUR LIVE!
The most spectacular arena production ever!
Movie classic BEN HUR is to be turned into a live action show for a new London spectacular. The show will feature special light, sound, water, wind and pyrotechnic effects, as well as 100 animals, including horses, donkeys, camels, chickens and eagles.
The highlight of the epic promises to be the climatic chariot race as depicted by Charlton Heston in the Oscar winning 1959 film, based on the novel Ben Hur. The historical story will be played out with a full symphonic soundtrack.
This is something completely new, with a high level of artistry, that would excite the audience. The show will have the speed of a musical, the depth of great theatre, the power of a rock concert and the visual opulence of a Hollywood blockbuster."
Ben Hur Live will have its world premiere on 15 September 2009 in London.
