We are excited to announce WITIA’s Educational will be held in Vietnam from 21-28 September 2022.
We have arranged a comprehensive array of experiences that will give you an excellent grounding in the culture and scenic beauty of this picturesque country. The trip will include networking opportunities with local tourism professionals and other WITIA members.
Full details of the Educational itinerary will be advised soon via member email and WITIA’s social media.
Any questions should be directed to our Educational host Varini DeSilva of Ceylon Express International at tours@ceylonexpress.com. Varini is a WITIA Global Partner.
Enhance your experience with pre and post tours! WITIA is actively soliciting WITIA members who are qualified and experienced tour operators, inbound operators and/or travel agents who can put together interesting packages which will complement our upcoming Educational to Vietnam.
Pre and post tours submissions can be for areas in Vietnam not included in the Educational, or for destinations in nearby regions. Ideally minimum participation will be two people, but small groups of up to 15 or more participants have been very successful in the past. Length of pre and post tours is at the discretion of the supplier, bearing in mind that longer itineraries might be a harder sell.
The WITIA Educational Committee will review all submissions. If your proposal is accepted, it will be listed on our website, presented to our membership and promoted through various media, both within WITIA and to the travel trade. However, the trip will not be sponsored by WITIA – the proposer will retain full control of itinerary, registration and payments. The tour may also be offered to non-Educational participants.
For more information, please contact Educational Coordinator and WITIA Vice President: Joyce Kienji at jkienji@yahoo.com
